Reading for pleasure involves books and so much more. So, do go on our Hunt for Reading Treasures with your class, or send it home for the children to do with their family.
Together you’ll become Reading Detectives, hunting out advertising, messages, comics, reading that makes you laugh or is precious to you and much more. You may well be surprised how much reading surrounds you all.
As a teacher it’s a great way to get to know your readers then you can build on your new knowledge.
