The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust met for session two recently. The group are getting on with their planning particularly well, having each chosen one clear aspect of RfP pedagogy for their development. With the acceptance that we ‘can’t change the world in a year‘ this is keeping us on track with an emphasis on why we are doing each action, and how we will know it has made a difference (impact)?
The group is led by Jayne Carter ( School Effectiveness Advisor) who also held individual meetings with all group members between the first and second sessions. This really helped to clarify individual plans, and supported Jayne to tailor session 2 to meet the individual needs of each school. Everyone is looking forward to session 3 in March which will focus on book blethering about picture books.
