It was a great pleasure and privilege to celebrate the Examples of Practice at the end of the 2020 United Learning Trust’s TRG. As a group that started in March during lockdown, we enjoyed seven virtual sessions, sharing the resulting projects and practice in December. The enthusiasm, energy and commitment of all members was overwhelming. Examples of Practice focused on different aspects of Reading for Pleasure in schools and will impact in profound and lasting ways. The sharing of ideas and expertise had wonderful and far-reaching benefits. Members enjoyed the time and space to engage in research-based CPD, rich discussions and bespoke development of their own RfP pedagogy and practice. A truly wonderful experience for us all!
