Lincoln TRG: an update from Jayne Carter

As we adjust to the ‘new normal’ I was keen to strike the balance between ensuring people prioritize their own health & safety with their dedication to & enthusiasm for our RfP group. Stepping tentatively into this world of online delivery, I started with sending voiced presentations accompanied with extensive padlets to collate resources & collaborate.  Once I had got over the sound of my voice & state of my hair, I looked forward to the opportunity to engage with the wonderful teachers in my group. I emailed the voiced slides across to them with a reminder of our padlet which gave them the opportunity to access the session at a time which fitted in with them. I’ve also arranged for a coffee morning catch up via zoom to continue the book chat.
